Volodimerova Larissa (Dutch Nationality) was born in Leningrad, in 1982 has
finished Leningrad's University (Portuguese language), worked as the engineer,
translator, etc. At the end of 80 refused in reception in the Union of Writers
of Leningrad then she was accepted in the International PEN-CLUB (New York),
and then she became member in the Unions of Writers of Israel and the
Netherlands.
In 1992 after one and a half years of expectation she emigrated to Israel
where she conducted a lot of groups of the creative, and in 1996 has organized
the first in the country Russian institute of the literature, journalism and
drama, safely working up to her moving to Netherlands. The fact of opening of
Russian HIGH SCHOOL in Israel has not allowed her to protect the completed
dissertation about V.Nabokov's creativity in doctoral studies of the Jerusalem
university.
Has written the first manual in Russia on literature-therapy; in Russia and
Israel worked as journalist, also on the radio. To kingdom Netherlands has
arrived also with a view of opening similar institute under the recommendation
of high SCHOOLS of Saint Petersburg and the Academy of sciences, - as in two
years it was officially forbidden authorities.
Now L.V. Is the author of seven published books (verses, poems, stories,
novels, plays), including *the best*. Lives in Amsterdam. Two last books are
made out by her children - Alisa Volodimerova and Sasha Volodimerov.
